RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Once product is delivered to you, then it’s return request is permissible ONLY in case where the received product has damaged OR the received product is different from the product ordered by the Customer. In both the case the logistic cost for the return of the product to the Company will be borne by the company. After thorough check by the technical team, the Company shall replace the returned product for free with a similar product of exact value OR it will provide credit voucher/coupon of exact value for future purchase on the portal.
However we shall repair and/or fix the product at our expense. The amount can be refunded only the case where damage is not repairable.
In any of the above two cases please contact our Customer Support team to initiate return process. Please drop a mail at email@example.com mentioning valid specific reason of return along with the delivered product pics to support your mail.
Return of refund request need to be made withing 7 days after receiving the product. After 7 days return or refund request will not be accepted.
Once the support team looks into the matter and confirms return, the further procedure for return and refund shall begin. The refund shall only be given after the product has reached back to us carefully. Please note, it may take 3-4 days for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account.
Return or Exchange will not be accepted in case of any customization like size, color, design or any changes.
